About the Artist

Hello! Thank you so much for visiting my shop, Easel on Ellwood! My name is Gwendelyn Elliott (Gwen for short) and I am located in the Myrtle Beach area of SC. I have always loved art and enjoy creating beautiful pieces. I am a nurse by trade and if I have learned anything in the past few years, it is that life is too short to not pursue your dreams. I have always wanted to be an artist but never pushed myself to become one professionally.

With art, I feel free to be creative and just let go of all the stress life brings these days. I love creating art that makes me feel positive and happy! Maybe with these intentions, I can pass these feelings on through my artwork!
